Align and Grip for Assured Assembly
There is no way an operator can be assured of gasket alignment when a conventional gasket is installed until a connection is disassembled. Often a gasket is not properly located and even an ideally-sized gasket will block the process flow.

Our color-coded gasket solves this issue with a Gripping feature that locates a gasket and locks it in place. The gripping feature will make gasket assemblies more efficient. Our color-coded gasket will stay in place while you use your hands to make up the assembly, helping to ensure the ideal alignment. This also limits the possibility of gaskets falling on process floors. The Gripping feature is external to the process line, enabling verification of alignment during and after installation.
